01 / Product overview

A flexible platform for your material flow.

The D Series Platform uses an open transport deck for compatible boxes, containers and fixtures. It suits organisations that need a more adaptable load surface than a tray configuration.

The supplied portfolio specifies an 80–300 kg range and describes configurable load formats, task-based dispatch and internal movement between production, storage and assembly areas.

Plan around the complete handling process, including how a load is placed, secured and removed. Load geometry, route access and fixture compatibility should be assessed before a configuration is selected.

02 / Core capabilities

A role defined by the work.

01

Open transport deck

Carry suitable cartons, containers and custom fixtures.

02

Configurable load formats

Assess compatible carriers around the material being moved.

03

Task-based dispatch

Connect movement requests to a defined mission.

04

Workflow integration

Link internal storage, production and assembly points.

80–300 kg

Payload range supplied in the transfer portfolio. Final capacity and load compatibility depend on the selected configuration.

03 / Where it fits

Start with your environment.

These contexts guide evaluation. The operating space, process and selected configuration determine the final deployment scope.

  • Factories
  • Warehouses
  • Assembly areas
  • Staging zones

04 / Use scenarios

01

Carton transfer

Move packaged material between defined internal locations.

02

Fixture movement

Transport compatible fixtures through a repeat process.

03

Work-in-progress transfer

Connect production stages using an approved load arrangement.

05 / Operational value

Useful outcomes. Considered deployment.

01

Load-format flexibility

Evaluate varied compatible material and carrier shapes.

02

Repeatable routes

Organise recurring internal movement around known endpoints.

03

Practical adoption

Introduce automation within an existing handling process.

06 / System & ecosystem

Part of the bigger picture.

RoboFleet connects compatible AMRs to call-button requests, barcode-triggered jobs and central task distribution. Define pickup and delivery points, load handling and task priorities together. Fleet coordination should follow the actual movement pattern of the facility, with compatibility and interface scope confirmed during planning.

Deployment discussion

Four questions to start with.

  1. The task

What recurring work or interaction should this system support? Define the outcome and who is responsible for it.

  2. The environment

What space will it operate in? Review access, routes, surfaces and the people sharing the area.

  3. The configuration

Which confirmed functions and equipment are required? Review compatibility and any interfaces before setting scope.

  4. The evaluation

What would a useful demonstration or pilot show? Select a representative task and agree how the team will assess it.
